She said she just started getting the message for the Free 7-Day Trial. I went into View menu and clicked on both the left and right rotation tools and they showed up on her menu. I really don't want to resort to removing and re-installing the software again. I have uploaded a screenshot of what I'm seeing.
The tool on the far right is the one I want to remove. I have an employee with a paid subscription for Adobe Acrobat DC bit I cannot figure out how to delete it. I clicked on View and the Page Rotation menu and added the left and right tools, and they show on the toolbar properly and work the way they should, but the other one just won't disappear. I want to remove it and can't see a way to do it. Any ideas how to remove the AD permanently? I really don't want to un-install and re-install the program either.
How many people wont realise they've moved the feature button and just pay the money to get the feature back. People will panic, sign up and then they've got constant revenue for a feature that was already there. Good morals and tactics there Adobe. Well Done! You were definitely able to rotate view by right clicking. You still can, but we need to click "rotate view clockwise," which is now further down the options versus clicking the circular arrow.
I actually found the keyboard strokes to be faster and having to click on the toolbar. Or you can just add the tools you need to your toolbar and you are done. I still don't have an answer for a way to remove the ad laden tool. Adobe Support Community.
